By accessing or using FetchSafe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FetchSafe. Parents/guardians are responsible for minors' use of the platform.

3. Services Provided

FetchSafe is a community-based alert system to help locate lost and found pets. FetchSafe does not guarantee that pets will be located or returned. Our platform facilitates communication between pet owners and community members to increase the chances of reunification.

4. User Responsibilities

By using FetchSafe, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when posting lost/found pets
• Not post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Respect privacy of others; do not share personal contact info without consent
• Use the platform only for legitimate pet reunification purposes
• Follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Not use the platform for commercial breeding, selling, or trading of pets

5. Privacy

Your use of FetchSafe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

FetchSafe content, branding, and software are owned by FetchSafe. Users retain rights to the pet photos and posts they upload but grant FetchSafe a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute them as part of the service for pet reunification purposes.

7. Limitations of Liability

FetchSafe is not responsible for:

• The outcome of lost or found pet reports
• User-provided content accuracy
• Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from use of the service
• Actions or conduct of other users
• Loss, theft, or harm to pets or persons
• Technical failures or service interruptions

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use FetchSafe to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Distribute spam, viruses, or malicious content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
• Use automated tools to access the platform
• Sell, trade, or profit from pet alerts

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to FetchSafe for violations of these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

10. Data and Communication

FetchSafe may collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may communicate with you via email about service updates, security notices, and relevant pet alerts based on your preferences.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of FetchSafe after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
